Dans les instal\u00adla\u00adtions de fusion, les labo\u00adra\u00adtoires et la crois\u00adsance cris\u00adtal\u00adline en parti\u00adcu\u00adlier, les produits GTS se distinguent par une grande fiabi\u00adlit\u00e9 de proces\u00adsus et des dur\u00e9es de service \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les creu\u00adsets \u00e0 induc\u00adtion consti\u00adtuent un domaine central de notre offre&nbsp;: nous les adap\u00adtons pr\u00e9ci\u00ads\u00e9\u00adment au m\u00e9tal trait\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019at\u00admo\u00adsph\u00e8re du four et au cycle de charge ther\u00admique.  <\/p>\n<p>GTS d\u00e9ve\u00adloppe des creu\u00adsets \u00e0 induc\u00adtion pour la fusion de m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9cieux et indus\u00adtriels tels que le platine, le rhodium, l\u2019argent, le fer, le cuivre, le zinc, l\u2019\u00e9tain, ainsi que des m\u00e9taux sp\u00e9ciaux comme le gallium ou le plomb. Selon l\u2019ap\u00adpli\u00adca\u00adtion, nous fabri\u00adquons les creu\u00adsets en qualit\u00e9 dense ou poreuse. <\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9ra\u00admique dense convient aux proc\u00e9\u00add\u00e9s de fusion haute puret\u00e9 o\u00f9 aucune inter\u00adac\u00adtion entre le creu\u00adset et le fondu n\u2019est admis\u00adsible. La c\u00e9ra\u00admique poreuse offre une meilleure r\u00e9sis\u00adtance aux chocs ther\u00admiques et est privi\u00adl\u00e9\u00adgi\u00e9e pour les cycles ther\u00admiques rapides. <\/p>\n<p>Les c\u00e9ra\u00admiques utili\u00ads\u00e9es se distinguent par une haute r\u00e9sis\u00adtance aux chocs ther\u00admiques, une iner\u00adtie chimique vis-\u00e0-vis des fondus agres\u00adsifs et une stabi\u00adlit\u00e9 m\u00e9ca\u00adnique m\u00eame dans des condi\u00adtions extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Pour nos compo\u00adsants c\u00e9ra\u00admiques, nous misons d\u00e9li\u00adb\u00e9\u00adr\u00e9\u00adment sur des oxydes c\u00e9ra\u00admiques \u00e9prou\u00adv\u00e9s.
