Alumina dense (AL99-G)

99,7% Al2O3

AL99‑G is a particularly pure and dense alumina ceramic that has proven its value in both laboratory and industrial environments. This high-performance material is available in various forms, including crucibles, combustion boats, tubes, plates, and custom geometries. It is designed to withstand extreme temperatures and chemically aggressive conditions over long periods. In laboratory settings, AL99‑G crucibles – especially in the form of classic corundum crucibles – are widely used for thermal analysis, sample preparation, and the processing of molten metals. Their excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance make them a reliable solution for routine use. As a laboratory crucible manufacturer, we supply durable ceramic components tailored to the specific needs of research and analytical processes. In industrial-scale applications, such as in the chemical and glass industries, AL99‑G demonstrates its strengths under continuous thermal and chemical stress. Its high density and corrosion resistance make it ideal for use in environments involving aggressive media and elevated temperatures above 1500 °C. Beyond laboratory use, ceramic components made from AL99‑G play a key role in technical ceramics. They are used in high-temperature processes, electrical insulation, wear-resistant components, and structural parts where mechanical strength and chemical durability are essential. Porous alumina variants are also available for filtration and catalytic support applications. In addition to high-purity alumina, we offer advanced oxide ceramics such as spinel (MgAl₂O₄) and tialite (Al₂TiO₅). These materials are selected for their unique thermal and mechanical properties, including low thermal expansion and high thermal shock resistance, making them suitable for demanding applications in electrical engineering, optics, medical technology, and crystal growth. If you are looking for high-performance ceramic materials for laboratory, industrial, or custom applications, we are happy to support you with expert advice and tailored solutions.
